Notes: This cluster is listed as Markarian 50 in 'Star Clusters', by Brent Archinal and Steven Hynes. Its size is given as 2.0', containing 39 stars. Megastar v5.0.12 gives the size as 5.0', containing 5 stars. A CDS Simbad inquiry lists at least 30 members ... In any case, the object is located in the center of this image. The Classification III 1 p indicates "No concentration towards center, Small range in brightness, Less than 50 stars". The "n" in the Classification is for the Bright Nebula LBN 540 (about 60' x 40'), which my image shows only a small portion
