I found this odd little open cluster while looking for a high surface-brightness Planetary Nebula to image in one night (I had one night of mostly clear weather last week) ... PK 170+4.1 is really too small (one arc second) at my focal length/seeing conditions, but is only about 36 arc seconds north of Teutsch 2.

According to "Star Clusters", by Brent Archinal and Steven Hynes, the size of this open cluster is 1.4 arc minutes. Comments: "Teutsch: Likely cluster, Compact group, V-shaped."
